Serbian Heart
A dear friend of George’s (and mine) gave him this gingerbread heart. It reminds him of the wonderful times he had in Serbia, and took note of my doing the project there and using this Serbian object in the Oakland version of the project. I think the hearts are to bring good luck. Maybe the mirror acts as a feng shui-like defense mechanism. George suspects it has a lot of preservatives in it.
